Guys, you don’t have to worry about women complaining about you spilling stuff on clothes or furniture again. Pennsylvania-based Ross Nanotechnology has come up with NeverWet – a superhydrophobic (water repellant) spray that makes metal, plastic, fabric and wooden surfaces completely waterproof.
How long does the treatment last? The company claims that surfaces remained completely dry even after being submerged underwater for over a year. However the treatment is unsuccessful on glass, causing surfaces to frost, something the company says they’re working on. The spray-set is available for $19.97 at Home Depot.
