CEO Of Design Agency Uses ChatGPT To Recover $109,500 From Client

One of the biggest challenges that creative agencies and professionals face is dealing with clients who don’t pay their bills.

Apart from being a frustrating and time-consuming experience, it is also an expensive proposition to hire a lawyer and pay thousands of dollars in legal fees to recover payments from these clients.

Enter ChatGPT.

Greg Isenberg, CEO of design agency Late Checkout, recently shared an interesting experience of how he used ChatGPT to recover over $100,000 from a multi-billion dollar client without spending a dime on legal fees.

Instead of sending a regular email that might fall on deaf ears, he used ChatGPT to draft a “scary collection email” that succeeded in getting the client to pay up.

Greg’s post has gone viral on LinkedIn and offers an interesting insight on how AI technology like ChatGPT can be a valuable tool in situations like these. It also begs the question on how many professional services will be automated with AI.
