Panama is a modern city but the roads have more holes than swiss cheese. To highlight this infrastructure failure, news channel Telemetro Reporta installed special devices inside potholes that tweet a complaint to the Department Of Public Works every time a car runs over them. They also had a special segment on the TV news show to present the complaints and spread awareness. The result? Potholes started disappearing and the streets are being repaired.
