You Won’t Believe How This Agency Rewarded Its Employees After An Award Shortlist

Toronto-based creative agency UNION recently got shortlisted for Strategy magazine’s ‘Agency of the Year’ award. As a token of appreciation, they rewarded their employees with an overwhelming surprise that none of them expected. Co-founders Lance Martin and Subtej Nijjar take you through the celebrations in the video below.

Success doesn’t come easy and kudos to UNION for realizing the importance of employee satisfaction. Ok, on a serious note, the video is hilarious but look deeper and it’s a pretty grim picture when you think of what an agency job does to your social and family life. Like they say, “Advertising is a way of life”. Success in any creative business for that matter, comes at the expense of a lot of sacrifices and family time tops that list.
