The feature: The Magic Body Control suspension system on the Mercedes-Benz S-Class analyzes the road via a windshield-mounted camera and adjusts the suspension accordingly, resulting in a smoother and more stable ride.
To show off this feature, the German car manufacturer came up with a brilliant television commercial that has received over 26 million views till date.
The idea: Titled ‘Chicken’, the ad features real chickens held by human hands, dancing to the beats of Diana Ross’s ‘Upside Down’. The interesting bit is that it’s just their bodies that move, the heads remains completely stable at all times.
No visual effects were involved, apparently chickens are capable of keeping their head absolutely still while their bodies are in motion. The ad ends with the line, “Stability at all times, Magic Body Control”. Watch below.
